Rulebooks uses various types of smart technology to standardize and automate tasks. All technology is hosted in-house by us in a secure data center in the Netherlands. Apart from your users, no one has direct access to the data processed via your own Rulebooks service desk.
We comply with the GDPR legislation. Because everyone has the right to protect their data, we always process the data in accordance with the GDPR. Account takeovers must be prevented. This No. 1 security issue is exactly why we've set multi-factor authentication as the default. We meet all information security requirements.
Each customer pays a basic fee for using the platform. This fee is based on the number of legal entities served through the service. In addition, certain services are charged separately on the basis of a transparent pay-per-use model.
The terms and conditions for using Rulebooks are simple. A customer can add an unlimited number of users. The service can be canceled at any time. In addition, a customer always has the right to download all information and have Rulebooks destroy it.
At its core, Rulebooks is designed as a multi-tennant solution.
